What I do

I support parties and counsel with structured programme analysis, contemporaneous record review, and clear explanation of critical path and delay impacts, producing advisory reports and - where instructed - CPR Part 35 expert reports.

Work commonly includes

  • Programme diagnostics (logic, critical path, updates, integrity)
  • Application of appropriate delay methodology to support conclusions
  • Advisory reports and, where applicable, CPR Part 35 expert reports for adjudication and arbitration proceedings
